Pilates with Fab – My name is Fabrizio (Fab), and I’m a Pilates teacher based in Paisley, Renfrewshire. In my younger years, I was very unfit and overweight until I found the determination and discipline to make exercise a big part of my life. I found a love of weightlifting and running, and gradually, my body changed. I grew to love exercise, and now I couldn’t imagine a week without it. However, I never wanted to make exercise a career until I discovered Pilates! I became hooked on how enjoyable the exercise itself was. The flow, the amazing movements, and feelings it brings out about in the body I hadn’t felt before.
 
I qualified as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in London in January 2021 and have loved sharing my enthusiasm for the method with others since then. 
I have continued with my education and training in that time, having trained in the Pilates apparatus including the reformer. I have also achieved Body Control Pilates Master Matwork certification.
 
I love helping people to feel good in their own bodies. Most of us are much more capable than we give ourselves credit for, and with the right teaching can achieve a strong, and free moving body that feels great to live in!
 
I truly believe that Pilates is incredibly fun to practice, and I hope to make you feel exactly the same when you practice with me. 
 
I look forward to helping you discover your best possible body, whether it’s on the mat in my classes or in my studio.

My Classes

Pilates with Fab, Group Classes

My small group classes allow you to practice the Pilates method in a fun and dynamic way with like-minded people. We will work through many of the classical Pilates exercises with lots of variations and sometimes the use of small props.

You can join my lovely community of members. I offer 2 membership types, which are the Gold membership if you want to come once a week, or the Platinum membership if you want to come to unlimited classes!
 
To get started before deciding which membership is right for you, you have 2 options…
 
Trial class pass
 
You can either dive straight in to a class by buying a trial pass via the below button and book the class of your choice. 
 
Pilates Express package
 
Or you can purchase the Pilates express package where you get an hour’s introductory private lesson with me, and your first class! This ensures you’ll feel ready and confident for your first class.

Private 1:1 Lessons and Duets 2:1

This gives you the opportunity to work with me privately to achieve your own goals. I would plan each lesson to your specific needs based on what I have observed in your movement and what you are looking to gain.

This could be that you want to work on growing stronger, improve your mobility, reduce pain in certain areas like backpain. 

Private lessons would be both matwork and with the use of Pilates apparatus to give you what your body needs.

Private lessons would be at my home studio on Greenlaw Crescent, Paisley (PA1)

My first experience of Pilates with fabulous Fab! He is great at teaching both private sessions and classes. His classes are fun, but he makes you work hard at the same time. Fab is very attentive and nothing is too much trouble which is great for me as being a total newbie I struggled even with the simple moves at first. Fab always takes time to explain patiently. I highly recommend Pilates with Fab!.

Fab is a born teacher. His classes are fun and he also makes you work hard. Every class is a little different so you get to experience exercises you didn't know existed! And you don't get bored. Fab is always checking and correcting your posture so you do the exercises correctly. He is friendly and chatty making you feel at ease and relaxed straightaway. Great classes.

Its been great finding Fab. I wanted to leave a review because he's been incredibly patient with pacing me back to better health with my FIbromyalgia. Varying the difficulty of exercises accordingly.
